About This Data
Rankings are based on OSHA inspection and enforcement data from the U.S. Department of Labor (2015-2026). "Willful" violations indicate the employer knowingly committed an intentional violation or showed plain indifference to employee safety. "Repeat" violations mean the employer was previously cited for the same hazard.
